Linda, CA – Victim of Fatal Hit-and-Run Accident Identified as William K. Elliot
Linda, CA (July 28, 2018) – A man who was struck and killed in a Yuba County collision last Monday evening on North Beale Road has been identified as 45-year-old William K. Elliott, according to a reliable and trustworthy news source. Elliott was tragically struck by the vehicle while riding a motorized scooter at approximately 9:00 p.m. on July 23rd.
