Littlerock, CA – Motorcyclist Fatally Struck by Swerving Minivan After Hitting Pig on East Avenue T

Littlerock, CA (March 9, 2019) – A swerving minivan hit 57-year-old Bradley St. John on his motorcycle on East Avenue T, just west of 94^th Street East.

The victim was pronounced dead Thursday evening after his motorcycle rammed into a dead pig in the road and was then struck by a minivan who was swerving after trying to avoid the rider.

The incident happened right after 8:00 p.m. The rider was traveling eastbound at about 55 mph when his 2017 BMW motorcycle struck the pig, which was laying in the road.

St. John was thrown from his bike into the roadway and the driver of a 1995 Toyota Sienna, also headed eastbound, hit both the animal and the victim. St. John passed at the scene.

Investigators are still determining liability in this crash.
