Motorcycle Accidents in California
Studies reveal that out of all of the fatal motorcycle accidents that involve another vehicle, 40 percent of them are caused by a vehicle turning left in front of an oncoming motorcyclist. Unfortunately, because motorcycles are smaller and less substantial compared to other vehicles, drivers aren’t always looking out for them even though they’re required to by law.
The police are investigating this accident to determine who had the right of way and who will be held liable for this accident. Once they evaluate all possible factors, the deceased motorcyclist’s family may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of a California wrongful death attorney.
