Los Angeles, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash Injures Four People on East Vernon Avenue

Los Angeles, CA (July 13, 2018) – A multi-vehicle collision that involved at least five vehicles resulted in four people injured in South Los Angeles Thursday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Police stated that the accident reportedly took place at around 4:58 p.m. in the 500 block of East Vernon Avenue.

Officers along with officials from the Los Angeles Fire Department were called to the scene in order to assist the injured parties. Some of the victims had to be extricated from the vehicles they were pinned inside. The reports that were released continued to say that at least two of the victims sustained terribly serious injuries as a result of the collision. Nevertheless, all four victims who were hurt in the crash were immediately transported to local hospitals for treatment.

No more information was made available in regards to the victims or their specific conditions at this time. The events that led to this collision are currently being sorted out. The investigation into all aspects of this crash is currently ongoing.
