Los Angeles, CA- Officers Injured in Police Chase on Beverly Blvd and North La Brea Ave
Los Angeles, CA (June 11, 2019)- A police chase along Beverly Boulevard on Thursday resulted in injuries to two Los Angeles Police Department officers.
LAPD Officer Jeff Lee with the Hollywood reported that the chase commenced at approximately 11:36 pm. Officers from the Wilshire unit assisting with the chase crashed into a car at Beverly Boulevard and North La Brea Avenue. The car was uninvolved in the chase.
Both officers were transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries.
Officer Lee stated that it is currently unknown whether the driver or passengers in the second vehicle were injured.
The investigation into the police chase is ongoing.
