Vehicle Accidents in California
Almost 700,000 head-on collisions occur every year in the United States, according to recent studies. Most of the time drunk drivers commit hit-and-run accidents due to their lack of reasoning, lack of judgement, lack of self-control, and their reduced ability to control a vehicle. There are other reasons why drivers decide to flee the scene of an accident, but once they’re caught and arrested, they’ll have to face a number of charges.
Because this accident was a clear act of negligence, the two injured officers could file personal injury lawsuits with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
