Mendocino County, CA (February 2, 2019) – Police have now identified the rider of a motorcycle involved in a fatal motorcycle accident as 62-year-old Joel Harrison. The accident took place on Thursday evening, according to police.
The accident took place around 5:00 p.m. in the area of Highway 20 and Marina Drive. The Camry was being driven by 37-year-old Kathryn Lanier-Smith.
A white Chevy had been traveling behind the Camry and attempted to swerve out of the way but was unable to do so. This caused the Chevy to strike the front of the Toyota.
