Menlo Park, CA – 4 Injured in DUI Accident on El Camino Real
Menlo Park, CA (May 27, 2019) – On the morning of May 26th, a DUI accident happened at the intersection of El Camino Real and Oak Grove Avenue. A 25-year-old named Luke Quinton was traveling on the road when he crashed into another car at the intersection. Upon impact, the other vehicle caught on fire. The accident happened around 12:30 a.m.
When the paramedics arrived at the intersection, they found four people inside of the fiery vehicle suffering from injuries. Three of them were taken to the closest hospital for immediate treatment. Quinton sustained major injuries and was taken to the closest hospital for treatment as well.
Authorities are still investigating, but they believe he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the crash. He was eventually arrested on suspicion of felony DUI causing bodily injury.
