E-Scooters in California’s Cities
E-scooters are gaining popularity every day, and it’s easy to see why. They appear to be fun, quick, environmentally friendly ways to get around. However, they are also controversial. In recent years, the cities of Santa Monica and San Francisco have banned the scooters due to safety concerns. These cities have now allowed e-scooters to return with new safety regulations and education requirements in place.
As more people use e-scooters, their dangers are becoming more apparent. If you’ve been injured in an accident involving an e-scooter or another app-based form of transportation, you need the assistance of an experienced accident attorney.
