Monterey, CA – One Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 68

Monterey, CA (January 13, 2019) On the 13^th of January, a multi-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of Highway 68 and San Benancio Road. According to the reports, a motorcyclist, a blue Honda SUV, and a dark-colored pickup truck all collided for unknown reasons at approximately 12:04 p.m.

When emergency crews arrived at the crash site, they found at least one person suffering from major trauma and transported the injured victim to Navidad Medical Center for further evaluation and treatment. The patient’s name and the extent of their injuries have not been released at this time.

The authorities are currently investigating this accident to determine what caused these three vehicles to collide.  Our thoughts are with the injured parties as they begin the long road to recovery.
