Vehicle Accidents in California
Out of all of the vehicle collisions that occur nationwide, about 40 percent of them take place at intersections. When cars crash into one another under these circumstances, the cause is often driver’s inattention, reckless driving, driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or fatigued driving. Sometimes drivers speed up instead of yield at yellow lights, causing them to collide with vehicles that are driving through an intersection or making turns at an intersection. It’s very important for all drivers to consider the safety of themselves and others while on the road.
At Brady Law Group, we take pride in helping our clients file and win their personal injury lawsuits because we like to see responsible parties be held liable and pay for all damages and losses. We don’t think it’s fair for injured parties to pay for their own injuries when other drivers were responsible for the entire crash. If you or someone you love was harmed in a collision, call our office today for a free consultation at 866-478-6483.
