Fatal Truck Crashes in California
The Federal Motor Carrier Association stated that in 2016, 3,864 fatal crashes and 104,000 injury crashes involving large trucks took place in the US. When deadly large truck crashes happen, an investigation into liability must be conducted. All too often, drowsy driving driver fatigue adds to the cause of the accident as truck drivers push themselves to the limit to reach their destinations. However, most truck accidents happen due to a unique combination of factors. No two truck accidents are the same.
