Motorcycle, Car Crash on Highway 101 in Santa Clara
June 14, 2018. This morning on US Highway 101 northbound, a crash occurred between a gray Subaru WRX and a blue Suzuki motorcycle that resulted in at least minor injuries, according to a California Highway Patrol report. The collision happened at around 7:36 a.m. and resulted in both vehicles coming to a rest in the center divider of the highway near Great America Parkway.
Paramedics were quick to arrive on the scene in order to treat the injured victim(s). It is believed that the motorcyclist had to be transported to a local hospital, although the nature of any injuries is currently unknown. An investigation into the crash is being conducted, and police will be looking to determine who was at fault.
