Mountain View, CA – Woman Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on El Camino Real

Mountain View, CA (April 16, 2019) On the evening of April 13th, a fatal pedestrian accident occurred at the intersection of El Camino Real and Palo Alto Avenue. The reports state that a vehicle struck a woman at approximately 8:20 p.m.

When the ambulance arrived to assist at the scene, they found the injured woman lying unconscious near the intersection. Even though they attempted numerous life-saving procedures, she still passed away at the scene.

Fortunately, the woman responsible for striking her stayed at the scene until investigators finished asking her questions. Crews had to shut down the westbound lanes at El Camino Real and Shoreline Boulevard to finish investigating and clearing the accident.
