Muscoy, CA – Adrian Hernandez Killed in Fatal Car Accident on Duffy St
Muscoy, CA (June 19, 2019) On the evening of June 18th, a fatal car accident happened in the 3300 block of Duffy Street, right between Ogden Street and Kern Street. A gray Kia and a white Honda collided when one of the vehicles drove through a stop sign on Duffy Street. The impact of the collision caused one of the vehicles to crash into a pole. The accident happened at around 5:00 p.m.
When the San Bernardino County Fire Department, paramedics, and police arrived, they found one person lying on the ground injured after being ejected from one of the cars. Three other people also sustained injuries, one of which was a minor. All four injured victims were rushed to the nearest hospital for treatment. One of the victims sustained life-threatening injuries. He has been identified as 20-year-old Adrian Hernandez. Sadly, despite immediate assistance, Hernandez did not survive his injuries.
The California Highway Patrol San Bernardino is currently investigating the accident to determine what led up to the crash.
