Napa, CA – One Person Injured in Car Accident on Highway 29

Napa, CA – (November 21, 2018) – Authorities are investigating the cause of an injury traffic collision that took place in Napa Wednesday morning. The accident occurred at approximately 5:13 am on Highway 29 near Whitehall Lane.

Per the initial report, a white Jeep and a Nissan pickup truck were traveling on highway 29 approaching Whitehall Lane when suddenly they crashed into one another. Police and firefighters rushed to the crash site and rendered aid to an unspecified number of people at the scene. At least one person is reported to have sustained major injuries and was transported to Queen of the Valley Hospital for treatment. The pickup truck had major rear-end damage and was towed away as evidence. Police are still working to determine the events that led up to the accident.

An investigation is currently underway.
