National City, CA – Authorities Identify Man Killed after Deadly Traffic Accident on Northbound 5 Freeway near Plaza Boulevard

National City, CA (August 21, 2018) – Recently, authorities have provided updated information about the man who died after a brutal traffic accident that took place along the northbound lanes of the 5 Freeway, in the vicinity of Plaza Boulevard. The incident occurred at approximately 9:45 PM at night on Sunday, August 19, 2018. As of today, the deceased victim has been identified as 41-year old Chula Vista resident Christopher Bingham.
