Northridge, CA – Man Killed in Fiery and Fatal Crash on Lindley Avenue

Northridge, CA (February 10, 2019) – Early yesterday morning, police reported that a man was killed in a fatal crash that took place on Lindley Avenue near Chase Street. The accident took place around 1:00 a.m.

At the time, one man was operating a 2002 Silverado pickup truck when he suddenly crashed into a vehicle that was parked along the east side of Lindley Avenue. The pickup truck was forced onto a curb and then struck a tree as well. From there, police say that it completely caught on flames.

Firefighters were immediately called to the scene and were able to get the fire under control. Unfortunately, the driver of the truck was pronounced dead at the scene. No other parties were injured or killed.

Police continue to investigate the accident at this time.
