Given the circumstances, officials are still unsure of why the motorcycle and the car collided along Highway 24. As the investigation continues, forensic teams will inspect both vehicles and examine photos of the crash site to determine if the rider or the motorist experienced mechanical issues or system failure prior to the collision.
