Oakland, CA – One Injured in Fiery Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 580

Oakland, CA (February 20, 2019) – On the early morning of February 19^th, a fiery multi-vehicle crash occurred on the Interstate 580 freeway near High Street.

According to the reports, the accident happened at approximately 4:09 a.m. when a silver Mazda 3 struck a disabled vehicle on the highway. There were two other vehicles involved, which included a white Honda Civic. There is a possibility that these vehicles struck debris before crashing into the disabled vehicle that may have already been in flames.

When the paramedics arrived, they found at least one person suffering from major injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The police are currently investigating this accident to determine what caused this dangerous crash and who will be held liable.
