Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Accidents in California

A study conducted in 2016 shows that 5,286 people lost their lives in motorcycle accidents in California. Whenever hit-and-run accidents occur late at night as a result of speed, it’s usually a result of drivers who are driving recklessly due to too much alcohol and/or drug consumption. Driving while impaired is highly dangerous because drivers lose control of their ability to control their bodies and their vehicles, which is why most of them don’t realize they’re driving above the speed limit.

At Brady Law Group, we help families who have lost loved ones in fatal accidents caused by speeding or other reckless behavior. We know how unfair it is to lose a family member due to another person’s carelessness, which is why we fight hard for families until we have done everything we can to prove negligence.
