A detailed investigation is currently being conducted in order to determine who may have been at fault for the crash. We extend our warmest condolences to the victim and their family and loved ones during this tragic time.
Motorcycle Accident Attorney
Motorcycle accidents are often among the most severe due to the lack of protection between the riders’ body and the impact of a vehicle during a crash. Pending the results of the investigation, and whether or not police determine that the SUV driver was operating their vehicle negligently, there could likely be a wrongful death claim to follow. While it is absolutely always up to the victim or victims’ family to file for compensation, many do because of the immense financial woes that come immediately after an injury or death. The expense of unexpected funeral costs, future lost wages, and loss of companionship are three major reasons why family members often opt to file for compensation.
