Vehicle Accidents in California
Over one hundred thousand vehicle accidents occur every year in the United States for various reasons, but the most common being driver’s error. Anytime a driver is driving irresponsibly by texting, falling asleep at the wheel, being under the influence, or any other unacceptable activity, they’re putting themselves and others at serious risk.
The police are currently assessing how many vehicles were involved in the accident so that they can determine causation and liability. They’re also evaluating each vehicle’s condition to check for any manufacturing issues or defective auto parts. They’re even analyzing road conditions as well as the state of mind of each driver. Once they come to a conclusion, it’s likely that personal injury lawsuits will get filed with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
