California DUI Accident
The investigation has already determined that Shultz will be held accountable for all the damages since he was driving under the influence. Any further investigation is likely aimed toward piecing together the events in order to rule out the involvement of any other parties and to establish liability beyond any doubt. In the highly likely event that Shultz is held liable for this crash, then the other victim will likely have grounds for a serious personal injury claim, should they wish to file one.
