Palm Springs, CA – Three Identified Following Fatal Accident on East Sunny Dunes Road

Palm Springs, CA (February 8, 2019) – On Sunday night, a fatal accident took place in Palm Springs around 11:40 p.m. on East Sunny Dunes Road. Three parties have since been identified after losing their lives.

Police identified the parties who were tragically killed in this accident as 19-year-old Jacob Montgomery, 18-year-old Juan Duarte-Raya, and 17-year-old Yuliana Garcia. The deadly accident took place in the 3500 block of East Sunny Dunes Road at El Placer Road.

Police reported that a Toyota Corolla crashed into a Jeep Sahara that was parking alongside the side of the road. The impact was so forceful that the Jeep was pushed to the north side of the street. The Toyota ran into a sign and covered sidewalk before it slammed into the wall of a home.

The three were killed at the scene of the accident. Police continue their investigation into the accident at this time.
