Paradise, CA – Tirso Rojas Arrested After Car Crash on Neal Road

Paradise, CA (February 16, 2019) – Police reported that one person was injured and another person was arrested following a car crash that took place on Neal Road. According to officials, the accident happened on Thursday afternoon around 4:09 p.m.

The collision involved two vehicles along the area of Rivendell Lane. At the time, a Ford F-250 pickup truck was traveling southbound on Neal Road when the driver slowed down to make a turn and was suddenly rear-ended.

The driver of the Ford was injured and treated for their injuries at the scene of the crash. The driver of the vehicle that rear-ended the Ford was identified as 41-year-old Tirso Dejose Luis Rojas, who was then arrested for felony DUI after causing injuries with a blood-alcohol content of over .08 percent.
