Paso Robles, CA – 68-Year-Old Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Highway 46

Paso Robles, CA (February 9, 2019) – On Friday afternoon, a 68-year-old man from Atascadero was killed in a fatal motorcycle crash that took place on Highway 46.

The accident took place yesterday, February 8 around 2:00 p.m. near the area of the Hunter Ranch Golf Course. The Police Department was called to the scene to find that the 68-year-old rider was on his motorcycle headed eastbound when he suddenly slammed into the back of a Toyota SUV.

The motorcyclist was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV did not receive injuries.

Police determined that the collision was not caused by drugs or alcohol. The investigation into the matter continues at this time.
