Paso Robles, CA – Barry Stephenson Killed in Motorcycle Accident on Highway 46
Paso Robles, CA (February 12, 2019) – Police reported that 68-year-old Barry Stephenson lost his life in a fatal motorcycle accident that took place on Highway 46 around 1:50 p.m. near the Hunter Ranch Golf Course.
At the time, police say that Stephenson was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle on Highway 46. The driver of a Toyota SUV pulled out of the golf course and went directly into the westbound lane of the highway. Stephenson was unable to avoid the vehicle and ran into its rear-end.
The impact was so forceful that the motorcyclist was ejected from the motorcycle. He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene due to the severe trauma of the crash.
No other injuries were reported. At this time, the investigation into the crash continues.
