Paso Robles, CA – Isabel Rodriguez Fraire Killed and 3 Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 46

Paso Robles, CA (March 25, 2019) On the 23^rd of March, a two-vehicle crash happened on Highway 46 at around 6:30 a.m. According to the reports, the accident happened just west of  Cholame Y. A Mitsubishi Lancer sedan was leaving the parking lot of the Jack Ranch Café and pulled in front of an oncoming Toyota Sienna SUV occupied by seven people. When the Mitsubishi tried making a left turn, the two vehicles collided into each other.

When the paramedics arrived, they found that one of the passengers in the Mitsubishi, 54-year-old Isabel Rodriguez Fraire, ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a seat belt. Three other passengers in the Mitsubishi were seriously injured and transported to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center. Nobody was reportedly injured in the SUV.

The police are currently investigating this accident to determine causation and liability. So far, the police do not believe drugs or alcohol were contributing factors to the crash.
