Car & Auto Accidents
While the specifics surrounding this case are still under investigation by law enforcement, our condolences and deepest sympathies go out to the family and friends of the individual lost as a result of this tragedy. Pedestrians are particularly vulnerable during car and auto accidents, and minimal visibility as a result of poor lighting or cross traffic outside the boundaries of typical crosswalks can vastly increase the likelihood of injury. Though pedestrians typically have the right-of-way on the road, this does not always secure their safety, and we urge all those in our community, whether they be driver or pedestrian, to exercise caution and remain aware of their surroundings.
However, we at Brady Law Group also know that no words can mitigate the pain felt by this loss.
