Petaluma, CA – Crash Involving Motorcycle on Tomales Road

Petaluma, CA. (July 10, 2018) – A motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle and one other vehicle reportedly took place Monday afternoon on Tomales Road, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision occurred at approximately 3:36 p.m. on Monday in Petaluma.

The California Highway Patrol stated that a motorcyclist who is yet to be identified apparently crashed on the 2350 lock of Tomales Road after the bike struck a Toyota Highlander. Emergency responders arrived on the scene in order to assist anyone who may have been hurt in the accident. Following the crash, both of the vehicles involved had to be towed away from the scene for evidence.

Presently, there is no more information available pertaining to the events that led to this crash. Additionally, neither the names of anyone involved, nor any information on how many were injured, or how severe the injuries are, has been released. Authorities are currently conducting an investigation into this crash in order to determine liability.
