Phelan, CA – Multi-Vehicle Accident Leads to Injuries on 15 Freeway

Phelan, CA (February 15, 2019) – Yesterday morning, February 14, a multi-vehicle accident that led to injuries in multiple parties took place in Phelan, according to police.

The accident allegedly took place around 8:40 a.m. on the 15 Freeway, just south of Ranchero Road. Three vehicles, including a police officer’s, crashed for reasons that are not yet known. An ambulance was sent to the scene to help injured parties. The number of victims is not known at this time, but multiple people were injured.

Tow trucks were called to the scene to remove vehicles from the accident scene. The roadway was fully cleared by 10:36 a.m.

At this time, police continue their investigation of the accident.
