Piru, CA – Fatal Crash Reported on Hwy 126 Near Camino Del Rio
Piru, CA (March 24, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident occurred on March 23rd, just after 6:00 a.m., that took the life of one person.
California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this fatal accident. According to CHP officers, the crash occurred at 6:06 a.m. along Highway 126, near Camino del Rio, just west of the Los Angeles County line.
Emergency responders were called to the scene to render aid the injured drivers. The injured parties were transported to local hospitals for treatment and further evaluation. Sadly, one person did not survive their injuries from this accident.
Roadways were closed in both directions pending investigations, but are now reopened.
