Pittsburg, CA – 3 Harmed in Fiery Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 4
Pittsburg, CA (April 8, 2019) – On the morning of April 8th, a fiery multi-vehicle crash happened on Highway 4 at approximately 11:47 a.m. According to the reports, the accident took place near Grand Avenue when a white Isuzu 20-foot box truck, a white Chevrolet Malibu, and multiple other vehicles collided, causing the Chevrolet to set on fire. The fire destroyed the vehicle’s interior, and the crash also damaged the vehicle’s front and rear-end.
When the paramedics arrived, they found three people badly hurt, two of which were pedestrians. Some of them suffered head injuries and broken bones and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
The authorities are investigating this accident to determine what caused such a hazardous accident.
