Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that whenever three or more vehicles collide into each other, it’s considered a chain-reaction accident. Usually an initial accident between two vehicles causes other cars to follow suit. Whenever two or more cars are involved in a single crash, determining causation and liability can be difficult.
The police are currently investigating to determine what factors led up to the crash and who will be held responsible for all damages and losses. They’re checking the condition of each vehicle to see if any malfunctioning auto parts occurred. They’re also checking to see if any of the drivers were under the influence of drugs or alcohol or partaking in any other negligent behavior. They’re also checking to see if there were any large objects, cracks, or debris in the highway that could have led to the collision. Once they conclude their findings, it’s likely that personal injury lawsuits will be filed with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
