Pedestrian Accidents in California
A car’s speed can exceed the speed of a pedestrian by far, just as a car’s weight exceeds that of a pedestrian. A pedestrian is always vulnerable to being hit by a driver. Whenever a collision between a driver and pedestrian takes place, the likelihood of the pedestrian being injured or killed is much higher than the likelihood of the driver being hurt.
