Placerville, CA – Ernesto Aguilar Killed in Fatal Two-Car Crash on Highway 49
Placerville, CA (February 28, 2019) – On the 19th of February, a fatal two-car crash happened on Highway 49 around 6:05 a.m. According to the reports, a Toyota Camry was headed northbound when it drifted into the southbound lanes and crashed into a Toyota Avalon. A Honda Civic was also somehow involved in the collision.
When the paramedics arrived at the scene, they found the passenger in the Toyota Camry, who has been identified as 18-year-old Ernesto Aguilar, dead at the scene.
The crash is currently under investigation as authorities work to figure out why the Toyota Camry drifted into the southbound lanes.
