Crash at 16th Street and Richards Boulevard Hospitalizes Police Officer

Sacramento, CA (June 17, 2018) A police officer sustained injuries in a traffic accident on Saturday afternoon, according to initial local reports. The accident occurred in Sacramento, California and involved a Sacramento Police Officer.

The collision occurred around 6:19 p.m at the corner of North 16th Street and Richards Boulevard. Authorities at the scene stated that the police officer had been heading west along Richards Boulevard when, upon reaching the North 16th Street intersection, they collided into a pickup truck proceeding across the street.
