Ramona, CA – Three-Car Crash Leaves Drivers with Serious Injuries on Dye Road
Ramona, CA (March 5, 2019) – On the afternoon of March 5th, a three-car crash occurred on Dye Road, near Highway 67. According to the reports, a truck and two cars crashed into each other at about 4:30 p.m. A white Mercedes was speeding when it tried to avoid a bend and swerved into oncoming traffic, causing it to sideswipe a blue Subaru. The Mercedes ended up crashing head-on into a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck.
When emergency crews arrived, they found the two male drivers of the Mercedes and the Toyota seriously hurt and airlifted them to Palomar Medical Center for treatment. Crews had to remove the top of the Toyota to extricate a 77-year-old man who was trapped inside. The female driver of the Subaru obtained minor injuries and was also transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The police are currently investigating this accident, but so far, they believe the driver of the Mercedes was under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash.
We are sorry to hear that the people involved in this accident sustained serious injuries and we wish them all expeditious recoveries.
Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that about 345,000 Americans sustained injuries after being involved in accidents caused by drunk driving in 2010. Drivers who are under the influence are almost always likely to end up colliding with other vehicles because their body eventually shuts down, which makes it impossible to successfully operate a vehicle. For those who have obtained injuries in accidents caused by drunk driving, it’s important to hire a California car accident attorney to help file a personal injury lawsuit.
At Brady Law Group, we have helped thousands of injured victims over the past 24 years win their personal injury lawsuits and obtain large settlements to help cover damages and losses. If you or someone you know was injured in a vehicle accident, call 866-478-6483 for a free consultation today.
