Vehicle Accidents in California
Even though studies show that highways are safer than other roads, accidents still occur every single day on highways. Most of the time accidents happen when drivers aren’t checking their blind spots or their rear view mirrors. Other times accidents happen when drivers are violating traffic laws. No matter what, all drivers owe a duty to their fellow drivers to drive responsibly on the road, which means not partaking in any negligent behavior. When they fail to do so, everyone is at risk of losing their lives.
The police are currently investigating this accident to determine who had the right of way and what led up to the crash. Once they finish evaluating all possible factors, it’s likely that personal injury lawsuits will be filed with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
