Motorcycle Accidents in California
For the past decade, about 5,000 motorcycle fatalities have occurred annually in the United States. When motorcycle collisions occur at intersections, it’s often because drivers turn prematurely without yielding the right-of-way to motorcyclists. Drivers often do this when they are in a rush or not aware that the traffic light has turned a different color. Unfortunately, when large vehicles collide with motorcycles, the motorcyclist is the one who usually sustains the more severe injuries.
At Brady Law Group, we understand how severe motorcycle accidents can be. Some of our clients have been unable to return to normal daily activity after being hit by vehicles, and we have helped them pursue all liable parties until they paid for all damages and losses.
