Pedestrian Accidents in California
Studies show that getting hit by a vehicle is the third leading cause of death for young children. The reason so many children are injured or killed by vehicles every year is usually due to driver’s error. When drivers are using their cell phones, conversing with passengers, speeding, violating traffic laws, driving under the influence, or driving fatigued, they put themselves and pedestrians at risk of being harmed. If a driver is distracted, it’s easy for them not to see a child and accidentally strike them. In times like this, you need to retain the services of an experienced California pedestrian accident attorney.
