Riverside, CA – Motorcyclist Injured Following Crash at Krameria and Porter Avenues

Riverside, CA (July 31, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported a crash that occurred between a motorcycle and a pickup truck at the intersection of Krameria Avenue and Porter Avenue on Tuesday morning. The injurious crash that took place at around 6:06 a.m. reportedly occurred between a 2017 Kawasaki motorcycle and a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck.

Officials stated that the motorcyclist was thrown from his bike due to the impact. The paramedics along with the fire department immediately arrived on the scene in order to render services to any victims. Apart from the motorcycle rider who reportedly sustained injuries, which were classified as moderate or possibly serious, the victim had to be transported to a local hospital to undergo further treatment.

The driver of the pickup truck did not seem to be harmed in the accident. However, it was confirmed that a tow truck had to be called to the scene in order to remove the vehicles. There was no more information made available in regards to the events that led to this crash. Likewise, the names and specific conditions of those involved have not released at this time.  An investigation into this accident is ongoing.
