Rosamond, CA – One Person Dead after Fatal Traffic Accident on Mojave Tropico Road near West Rosamond Boulevard
Rosamond, CA (August 6, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that two vehicles were involved in a fatal traffic accident that took place along Mojave Tropico Road near West Rosamond Boulevard. The accident occurred shortly after 6:00 PM on Monday, August 6, 2018. At this time, no detailed information concerning the identity of the deceased victim or additional people involved in the accident has been revealed.
Two vehicles had been traveling along Mojave Tropico before they collided near West Rosamond. Paramedics were dispatched to the crash site and reported that one victim was killed during the impact.
Due to the accident, authorities blocked off northbound and southbound Mojave Tropico.
Presently, authorities are looking into a probable cause for the crash.
