Sacramento, CA. 2 People Injured in Car Crash at Third and X Streets
Sacramento, CA. (June 30, 2018) – Two people had to be hospitalized after a car accident that occurred Friday near the intersection of Third and X streets. A local news source reported the crash that took place in the vicinity of where Interstate 5 exits out onto X Street. According to police officers, a pickup truck and an SUV collided for unknown reasons. The impact of the crash caused the pickup truck to overturn while the SUV had become entirely engulfed in flames following the collision.
Paramedics along with the Sacramento Fire Department arrived on the scene to assist the victims and extinguish the fire. Two people were reportedly injured after the crash and were immediately transported to a local hospital to be treated. Neither the names nor the specific condition of either victims’ injuries have been released. Police are currently conducting an investigation into the crash in order to determine liability.
