Sacramento, CA – Bicyclist Injured in Accident with at Least Two Vehicles at Morse Avenue and Arden Way

Sacramento, CA (July 17, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol filed a report Tuesday morning which stated that one bicyclist was injured after being struck by at least two vehicles in Sacramento. The accident that occurred at the intersection of Morse Avenue and Arden Way took place at around 9:27 a.m. this morning.

The accident that was reported to the California Highway Patrol involved at least two vehicles, however, authorities have reason to believe that one other vehicle may have fled the scene after the crash. One undisclosed vehicle and one that was confirmed to be a gray Ford were the two vehicles that are known to have collided with the bicyclist.

Paramedics were called to the scene immediately and they quickly responded in an effort to help the victim. As of right now, it is uncertain as to whether or not the injured bicyclist had to be hospitalized, and the extent of the victims’ injuries have not been stated. There was no more information released concerning how the accident took place, and neither the names of the victim nor the others involved have been provided. An investigation into this crash is presently being conducted.
