Sacramento, CA – Hit-and-Run Crash Injures Motorcyclist at Florin Road and Stockton Boulevard

Sacramento, CA (September 2, 2018) – According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcyclist was reported to have suffered injuries after being struck by an alleged hit-and-run driver at the intersection of Florin Road and Stockton Boulevard on Friday night, August 31. The accident which was reported to have transpired in the Parkway-South Sacramento area took place at around 10:27 p.m.

The California Highway Patrol initially logged the accident immediately after the motorcyclist was struck by an unknown vehicle at the intersection. The driver who struck the motorcyclist did not stop their vehicle to offer aid to the victim or cooperate with authorities.

Officials from the Sacramento Fire Department were quickly on the scene to assist the injured rider. However, the report did not specify whether or not the victim had to be transported to a hospital or if responders were able to treat their injuries at the scene.
