Sacramento, CA – Injuries Sustained in Motorcycle Collision on Highway 99
Sacramento, CA (November 1, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic collision that occurred Thursday morning on Highway 99 in Sacramento. The accident transpired at approximately 7 am on the northbound lanes of Highway 99, just south of the Mack Road on-ramp. At this time, no details identifying the people involved in this incident have been released.
According to CHP officials, traffic came to an abrupt stop on Interstate 99 when a motorcyclist crashed into a vehicle stopped ahead of him. Sometime later, emergency personnel arrived on the scene of the accident to help the victims who sustained injuries as a result of the collision. Paramedics transported an unspecified number of people to a local hospital for more in-depth treatment of injuries.
