Vehicle Accidents in California
Over 100,000 vehicle accidents occur every year in California. Many accidents have more than one cause, which means more than one party might be considered liable. There are several factors to consider, such as weather conditions, road conditions, vehicle conditions, and negligent behavior.
The police are working to uncover several different facts about the accident before the deceased victim’s family members can figure out what course of action they’re going to take. It’s possible they can file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an attorney if they’re able to prove this accident occurred due to negligent behavior. A completed police report will help them file a negligent act claim. The police must figure out whether more than one vehicle was involved, whether Vergos was a driver, passenger, or pedestrian, and whether alcohol and drugs contributed to the accident.
