Sacramento, CA – Motorcyclist Injured in Hit and Run Accident on Myrtle Ave

North Sacramento, CA (November 3, 2018) – A motorcyclist was injured on Friday evening in a hit and run traffic accident that occurred in North Sacramento. The accident happened at approximately 6:36 pm on Friday, November 2nd in the 3ooo block of Myrtle Avenue.

Per the initial report, for reasons that are still under investigation, an unidentified motorcyclist slammed into another vehicle on Myrtle Avenue. After the collision took place emergency personnel rushed to the crash site to render aid to the motorcyclist who was injured. Authorities said the driver of the vehicle involved in the collision fled the scene before police arrived. The name of the rider and their current physical condition were not immediately available. Police are still on the hunt for the hit-and-run driver.

This accident is currently under investigation.
